BUY PUDDING IN DIFFERENT FLAVORS. IN STYROFOAM PLACE 2 CHICKEN BREASTS, A VEGETABLE AND A PUDDING CUP FOR EACH LUNCH. FOR SUPPER BAKE LITTLE PIZZA'S FOR EACH OR A PORK OR BEEF ROAST WITH MASH POTATOES AND GRAVY WITH VEGETABLES. 325 DEGREES ONE HOUR PER POUND, WEIGHT IS ON THE PACKAGE, PUT ROAST IN ONE INCH OF WATER COVER WITH ALUMINUM FOIL FOR PORK COOK ONE EXTRA HOUR, KEEP AN EYE ON THE WATER FOR MORE WATER IF NEEDED.
