That changes on an almost weekly basis. Right now it's 'I'll Be Gone' by Tom Waits. This time last week it was 'Strange Currencies' by REM. But like I said, it jumps around from day to day.
-
"My Cherie Amour" by Stevie Wonder!! No matter how down I feel, this song picks me up.
-
I have to agree with RFLagg, with a subject as this, my personal favourite constantly changes and also depends on my mood/activity. For example, I love driving to Sweet Child O' Mine - Guns 'n' Roses. But relaxing at home, probably Under The Bridge - Red Hot Chili Peppers. And feeling pensive and thoughful, Brothers In Arms - Dire Straits. Wanting something to brighten my day up, Superstition - Stevie Wonder. My current fave is Dream On - Aerosmith.
-
A song by Frank Sinatra, I just can't remember its title. I think it's Fools Rush In, which Elvis also sung.

"In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida", released in 1968, was a 17-minute rock song by Iron Butterfly, released on their album In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida, occupying the entire second side of the album. The lyrics are simple, and heard only at the beginning and the end. One of the most memorable parts of the song is the guitar riff, which is also one of the most recognizable guitar riffs in rock music. In almost all of Doug Ingle's other songs, the guitar part was subordinate or equal to the keyboard part, however "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida" is a rare exception to this, as the song's chorus is centered around the guitar's distorted riff. A commonly repeated story says that the song's title was originally "In the Garden of Eden," but in the course of rehearsing and recording singer Doug Ingle slurred the words into the nonsense phrase of the title while under the influence of LSD. However, the liner notes on 'the best of' CD compilation state that drummer Ron Bushy was listening to the track through headphones, and couldn't hear correctly; he simply distorted what Doug Ingle answered when Ron asked him for the title of the song

It depends upon my mood of the day as my tastes are very, very eclectic. This week, my fav song of "all time" would be *Begin The Beguine* and it has to have been performed by the great Artie Shaw.
-
yes, I agree. It can depend on mood and on memories that you associate with particular songs. I love "Nights in White Satin" by the Moody Blues and also their singer Justin Hayward's "Forever autumn". They are lush, romantic and mellow. Janis Ian's "At 17" takes me back to lonely times."Stairway to Heaven" and "Kashmir" just take my breath away. For pure sexual power, I love LZ's "Whole Lotta LOve" and Bon Jovi's "Bed of Roses". One song? Just too hard to choose. I am a vocalist and can think of so many I have had the privilege to perform.

Scarface. Hand down, Scarface. This is the greatest movie ever made. Al Pacino played Tony Montana so well, he gave me chills while watching the movie. No other actor could have played Tony Montana as well as he did. Not Robert DeNiro, not any other italian actor, not any other spanish actor. The plot, the actors, the setting, the...everything!!! Its has everything I could want in a movie. Crime, drama, violence, sex, comedy, cliffhangers, yeyo, Miami!! No other movie comes close to Scarface in greatness. Scarface...what can I say about that movie? PURE BRILLIANCE!!
-
Shawshanks Redemption - Brilliant film. The Rock was brilliant too. But I can only watch them once every few years. Other films like Rocky, Die Hard, Rambo, and many commedies I can watch over and over again. Different types of films.

Changes in Attitudes/Jimmy Buffett(words to live by) I took off for a weekend last month Just to try and recall the whole year. All of the faces and all of the places, wonderin' where they all disappeared. I didn't ponder the question too long; I was hungry and went out for a bite. Ran into a chum with a bottle of rum, and we wound up drinkin' all night. It's those changes in latitudes, changes in attitudes nothing remains quite the same. With all of our running and all of our cunning, If we couldn't laugh, we would all go insane. [Chorus:] These changes in latitudes, changes in attitudes, Nothing remains quite the same. Through all of the islands and all of the highlands, If we couldn't laugh we would all go insane Reading departure signs in some big airport Reminds me of the places I've been. Visions of good times that brought so much pleasure Makes me want to go back again. If it suddenly ended tomorrow, I could somehow adjust to the fall. Good times and riches and son of a bitches, I've seen more than I can recall [Chorus] I think about Paris when I'm high on red wine, I wish I could jump on a plane. And so many nights I just dream of the ocean. God, I wish I was sailin' again. Oh, yesterdays are over my shoulder, So I can't look back for too long. There's just too much to see waiting in front of me, and I know that I just can't go wrong with... These changes in latitudes, changes in attitudes, Nothing remains quite the same. Through all of the islands and all of the highlands, If we weren't all crazy, we'd all go insane
