  • I sleep walk, but still haven't honed in on how to sleep houseclean yet, but I'm working on it.
  • I doubt it.
  • Yeah....by dreaming a lot
  • There is a way to control your dreams, but I have never been able to do so. ANyway, if you can control them, then it isn't a huge leap to see how that could increase your productivity.
  • I think by just sleeping you are being productive bcoz you are giving your body the rest it needs.
  • If you go to school to write software, then perhaps you could write a program that makes you money while you sleep. Or, you could become a famous singer/songwriter, and make residuals while you sleep. sorry, I got nothing better.
  • Sleeping is re-charging your batteries. Recharging your batteries is productive.
  • Well there is the job of mattress tester
  • The same as when eating, or walking or whatever. Do one thing at a time, with your full attention. When sleeping - just sleep. When eating - just eat. When walking - just walk. If you understand this, then you understand real productivity. And yes, for those of you who recognise this, it's what every single Zen Master (male and female) has told their students for over a thousand years and what the Buddha said over 2000 years ago. It's still good practical advice today. Multitasking is not real productivity. And, even though this might sound absurdly simple, most people have little idea of how to do this and actually find it very difficult. Many do not just eat or just walk, their minds are somewhere else while they walk or they are so busy talking that they don't even taste what they're eating. That's not productive.
  • Perhaps you should look into Lucid Dreaming. It's a little new-age, but cool. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucid_dreaming
  • Yes, and this is a serious answer. About 8 years ago, I attended a three day course on problem solving and dreams. I found it extremely helpful and over the years that followed I must have consciously used the technique to solve at least three issues - one in the family, and two at work (of which one was an organizational rearrangement, and the other purely technical). I received all the answers in my dreams, and they were all good, down-to-earth solutions, which required, perhaps, just a little polishing here and there. So, yes, we can definitely be productive while sleeping.
  • YOUR SUBCONSCIENCE IS PRODUCTIVE WHILE YOUR SLEEPING ON A NATURAL BASIS. THATS WHY YOU COME UP WITH NEW IDEAS FROM TIME TO TIME.
