What is command to get page to fit screen, instead of wandering offscreen? Must use arrow keys to read entire page or paragraph.

It really depends on what program you're in. Some programs have keyboard shortcuts you can use to resize the on-screen text (if that's what's causing the problem). It may also be that your screen resolution is set too low.

I'm assuming you mean a web page, in which case it depends on which broswer you are using and how the webpage is coded. A good webpage will change size depending on your font size selection. Firefox used the ctrl + and ctl - keys to change the size, I forget where IE has it, haven't used IE in a couple years. In some cases their is just no way to fix a bad website from scrolling too far to the right/left.
