How do you deal with insecure people? Its not fair to 'walk on eggshells' but they can voice their opinions towards you. I am real -- I don't act differently for anyone, I am who I am, take it or leave it! =0) What do you do?

Most people voice their opinions. And most people are insecure at some point in their lives about something. How you react is your choice. If you're walking on eggshells it's because you choose to. Usually and especially if it's a child I try to encourage their security. Part of that security is learning how to and eventually knowing they can deal with disappointments. Protecting them from disappointments Hinders this learning process.
