What I have never tasted would fill a book, if you include exotic critters, worms, scorpions and all that. Eventhough I lived for a longer time in a countryside, I never tasted racoon, snake etc. Venison tasts wonderful!

I've never tried "Haggis", "Borscht", or humans ... and don't really plan to. Some that I have tried, but would NEVER try again: calf fries (testicles), tripe (a kind of gel and brain lunch meat), and caviar (fish eggs), that just always taste too "fishy" for me!

Brains. Horsemeat. Limburger cheese. Pokpikkle nuts (old Little Lulu comic book) Manna. Grasshoppers (though I held an open jar of them in my hand and sniffed the contents - they were smoked - smelled delicious - but I couldn't quite....) Snake. Mountain oysters. I HAVE eaten Javelina (wild pig). Borscht. Turtle. Haggis. All four of those were either okay or good.
