  • isnt it a shame that people take advantage of nice people? You will need to give them a written 30 day notice to move. If they are not out you will need to evict them. I own several rentals and have used an eviction service, though it costs it alleviates some of the headache. It will probably take you at least 60 days if you act now. Good Luck to you and them.
  • Sometimes in your life you have to be strong and just put it to em straight! just say look, ive been nice ive let you stay here, but im afraid i want my space back, its not working so im afraid your going to have to leave! if they get stroppy with you then ring the police. But your best bet is whatever is getting on your nerves just tell em straight, dont go the long way round, dont make excuses just give em straight! Hope that helps alittle!
  • You might have to kill them.

      lol!
  • Find them a homeless shelter... that's the most logical & probably the most humane thing to do as well. If they refuse to leave, then at that point, calling the cops would be ethical.
  • Good luck to you on that. Now, you know why they were homeless in the first place
  • Call your local shelter. Actually this should have been done immediately as it could take a while to get in. And don't feel badly about it! They have social workers and programs that can help them get into permanent housing and they will also qualify for medical care (physical and mental if necessary) and possibly dental at least that's the case here.If the shelter is too far away they should relocate to where the services are, at least temporarily.
  • You better talk to a lawyer. If some one stays in one place long enough and receives mail there in some places they have squatters rights.
