  • yes you very well could
  • I don't have a house, but if I did, I suppose I could, but I'd be VERY miserable.
  • for my career, id have to plan to live in a RV, well, temperarioly
  • I think it would be fun going everywhere.lol
  • I would, but I don't have either. I have perfected living in my car, so living in an RV would be grand. Houses are over-rated anyways, too bad the value of an RV depreciates over time opposed to that of a house......
  • Yes, if I owned a house. But since I don't have a hosue to sell, I'm going for a van instead of an RV. (Slightly cheaper, and much hipper.)
  • Maybe eventually I could. Right now neither my hsb or I are fully retired & I think we'd have to be retired to do it. We've talked about it, but I can't really imagine not having somewhere to "go home to".
  • WELL, I LOST MY HOUSE IN HURRICANE KATRINA....AND FEMA GAVE MY FAMILY A TRAVEL TRAILOR TO LIVE IN.. ITS KINDA LIKE LIVING IN AN RV.. AND I HATE IT! SO I DOUBT I'D EVER DO THAT.
  • I have a house and no I could not live in an RV.
  • Yeh i would, but it would have to be one of those big snazzy ones!. Living in an RV has many advantages and disadvantages, the biggest disadvantage would be having to buy fuel all the time...that would cost a bit.
  • yes, it would be excitng especially i fI had alot of money
  • Easily..I sold my first house and lived on a harley for months..take a sleeping bag and insect repellant and its all good..LOL
  • If it was in this one...
  • I COULD but I don't want to. Sorry I like where I live too much >.<
  • definately.b/c you have no fixed home, there are no property taxes,no school taxes, you can live in a campground and move whenever you desire.
  • No way...my husband snores and there would be no where to go to get any sleep.
  • I personally would not. I've never seen any R.V. appreciate in value. Would I have an R.V. for traveling and enjoyment AND my home? Yes !
  • no indeed
  • Like in the movie Lost in America that sounds Great!See the country, onward and upward!
  • Absolutely! I did it for 4 years with my husband and our Golden Lab. We traveled around the northwest US and had an incredible time. We had a 35ft 5th wheel, with 3 popouts, and were quite comfortable living in it. Even when we weren't traveling, it was our home. We even had a washer and dryer! We had such a great time, and saw so many beautiful places, I created a site to share the photos and a few stories of life on the road. If you are interested you can view it at http://www.wallpaperbydesign.com I would highly recommend this lifestyle!!!! We loved it!
  • I could , friend lives in one winter Fla , summer northeast NH. He loves it RV's can be cozy affordable to park 2
  • I'm a renter, but I would love to live in an RV. I'm saving up now to buy a used one so if I ever get to retire, I can live anywhere I want and go wherever I want any time I want.
  • The older I get, the closer to ''yes'' lean.
  • I would love too! Hubby says no way. have you seen the new Airstreams? Nice!
  • It's possible (my parents used to do that), but with gasoline and diesel as expensive as they are, it would be quite an undertaking.
  • Heck yeah! Some of those are NICER than houses! No property tax either.
  • i couldn't. i hate RV's with a passion. they're too small for me and i'm claustrophobic
  • Not a chance. I'd never fit in an RV, I've just got to much stuff.
  • No way
  • I'm currently renting a house right now that's so small that living in some of the RV's out there would be an upgrade. If it was an RV that I could afford than it would probably be an old Dodge conversion van with shag carpet and I'm not going to go there.
  • When a person puts his/her mind to do something, there's nothing saying you "can't" do it. There are a few challenges: The tax consequences of not re-investing the money in another piece of real estate. How are you going to pay your bills and get your mail? Wireless Internet and on-line banking? There are other challenges and considerations you know you, personally, have to trake into consideration and weigh, don't you? Thanks for asking your Q! I enjoyed doing my best to answer it! VTY, Ron Berue Yes, that is my real last name! Sources: My wonderful family! Just a few thoughts from "someone who went around the block a few times".
  • yes, but it will probably cost the same if not more than your rent or mor. to live in it
  • We actually had thought about it. Bu tour idea was to buy a piece of land to park the RV on and if we wanted to travel, to do so and if we wanted to stay put, we would. Our taxes would stay lower because we wouldn't build a house and the land would be paid off so no mortgage payments.
  • I think it could be nice, but we like to have extra rooms available if students at our church need a place to stay.
  • Yes - I've done it. A family of 4 (my older 3 siblings had already moved away by this time), homeschooling, living in a 35' RV - I'll tell you, that's an organizational challenge! But, while it was never easy, we survived - and thrived! So, if I had to do it again? Sure, why not?
  • Absolutely not! I need a bathroom that doesn't move.
  • Oh yeah ... I could very easily. BUT, my wife couldn't, so that rules that out, LoL!
  • Never! I have both and believe me I enjoy the traveling we do in our RV, plenty of beautiful country to see, plenty of room in our RV but as the old saying goes "There's No Place Like Home"
  • I have thought about doing just that and still may. I could easily live in an RV. I bought the house because I had a kid and her mother. with them gone, the house is just more room than I need. Seriously considering taking to the RV life.+4
  • NO, TOO SMALL.
