-
any chance i get
-
I cannot do otherwise.
-
Sure,,Theres a county Park acroos the street from one of the Farms that I work at and people use it to dump there animals all the time it makes me sick to see that and I have turned people in;)
-
Most certainly. I adore animals.
-
Yes, yes, yes and did I say ... yes. :)
-
Yes :)
-
Have done, will always do, my heart belongs to them ;0)
-
I often do :)
-
yes and I do it all the time There are wild cats out back from my house and my sister and I live trap them and get them spayed and get their shots and release them back out into the wild ...I cant keep them and unfortunately the pound would put them down so my sister and I have made a deal with them and they notch the ears and we know witch ones we have done...so we don't repeat trappings...and in the winter we put out large random dog houses with hey in the woods for them and we drop off dry cat food for them to eat so they wont starve. There must be about 25 or 30 at a time out there but they are wild if any are socialized enough to pick up the Animal shelter will take them and find a home for them we try to find homes for as many as we can but in out town animal shelters wont take cats.
-
Yes I would.
-
I do quite often - currently I am fostering a kitty that had nowhere else to go when it was thirty below last week. I love them so much, I don't eat them.
-
I've done it since I was a little girl.
-
I do often
-
if i see a rabbit or a phesant squirming in agony after being knocked down i usually run them over to put them out of thier misery
-
I would for sure. Infact, just 2 days ago my brother saw a couple of puppies on the roadside who didn't have anything to eat. We cooked some meat at home and took it to feed those little puppies. I would have brought them home if I could but I'm not allowed :(
-
duplicate. Sorry!!
-
Yes of course!
-
yep

Just recently, I fed and watered a Muscovy duck that decided to take up residence on my property. I sometimes put out treats for deer and coyotes (coyotes love melon; I'm sure birds, o'possums, skunks, raccoons, and foxes eat some of the treats). I don't place the food too close to the house mind you! I'm not into entertaining bears or mountain lions. We had red squirrels last year making a mess of things. My husband caught them in a trap and was going to kill them. He looked at me and said, "I know you don't want me to kill them. Shall I drop them off somewhere?" He dropped them off a few miles away. Or said he did.
-
of course
-
Always.
-
it wouldnt be random. when an animal needs help, I will be there to help.
-
Somehow, I feel that if I did it for an animal, it wouldn't be random exactly. Love my own dog though. There's wisdom in that business about 'God is a dog spelt backwards'. In our kindness to animals we might find the key to knowing gods kindness to us.
-
Yes. I'd make sure and flip that rack of ribs or the stakes on my BBQ at least once so they don't burn. With the price of meat today, that would be an act of cruelty!
-
of course yes, i love animals
-
once a mother and 6 young stoats ran straight in front of me i thought it was carnage but only one was hurt i nursed it and it was just like a domestic cat and eating from my hands i took all the advice and let it free after recovery it was a nice moment
-
Yes, every time the opportunity arises.
-
When I can.
-
Everyday I would...everyday I do...I adore animals..
-
Absolutely.
-
This is a profoundly interesting question, and one of the best I have seen on AB. My answer is yes, I do all the time, from microscopic creatures, to large mammals (including humans, of course). Why I should defeats me. I am a dyed in the wool Darwinian, and cannot believe that my sympathetic actions are simply sentimentality. I never feel that much for the creatures I help... in the case of sheep, who I often find trapped in fences or hedges, I often feel the opposite - anger at their stupidity, but I would never consider harming them, only helping them out, the best I can.
-
The just finished making a park next to my place, complete with a stream running through it. I went down to the pet store and bought 50 feeder gold fish and turned 'em loose in the stream. Now, I'm near the ocean, so there's always a chance that sea birds will get them - but at least this way they have a chance.
-
i often do, i feed the big birds in the park and take the foxes tit-bits when i have them
-
More likely than I'd perform it for a human....
-
most deffinately!!
-
I do it quite frequently.
-
Sure. I've performed such act with a predator in the past so it's not something new for me. :)
-
yes.
-
Definitely. Would and have!
-
all the time if i could
-
Absolutely.
-
id quicker help an animal then a human :)
-
Of course, I do it all the time! That's how I end up with most of my animals; people see a lot of land and a river and decide it looks like a good place to dump them! I called the pound once about coming to take one of the dogs that showed up but when they told me they would end up ultimately euthanizing it, I decided to let it stay. The animals that I've taken in are some of the most loyal, and I think thanful (LOL) pets you could ask for. If any of you read this and have dumped an animal, don't do it! Not everybody is as nice as I am.
-
Yes, I love animals. I do anything I can to help them. Every week on my paycheck, I have money already taken out to go towards animal charities =)
-
Absolutely. No question.
-
yea and i do like all the time, it's pretty bad because sometimes when it rains in the busstop i pick the snails and put them back in the grass so nobody will step on tem.
-
definately. I have done it all my life I love animals, thats why I am a vegan as I do not see that one can be an animal lover and yet eat parts of their bodies.
-
I have pets, I do it everyday.
-
I did 12 years ago when my cat (rest her soul) was born and was entangled and unable to move to begin nursing which is critical during the first hours. I pick her up, afterbirth and all and very carefully cut the cord and untangled her and put her back down right up to the mother. She was everything to me for 12 years but passed away last year of old age.
-
I do. And will continue to do so until I no longer exist. What kind of Heaven would there be if there weren't places for our animal friends? I'm sure that when they pass, that is where they go, and I will be there to help them make the transition.
-
Yeah, more often than I do for humans.
-
Sure, why not?
-
All the time Yes =]
-
yes indeed
-
OMG YES! I am Such a TRUE Animal Lover. I Always take in Stay dogs Not thinking if they are mean And look for their owners. And I always have GOOD luck on Finding them. I own 15 pets myself From Sugar Glider, Dogs & Parrots. Next is a Horse. HEHEHE. My Hubby wishes he was an animals!!
-
absolutely
-
I did last week.
-
Yes I would and I have. I jumped out in front of a car once to rescue a dog from being hit and I saved a little, helpless kitten who was wandering around lost on the streets.
-
Last year i saw 2 15-16 year olds drowning a hedgehog in the river and i rushed and beat them sensless just to save the hedgehog so yes to your question. I would preform acts of kindness for any animal.
-
if by "Act of kindness" you mean "Putting them out of their misery" Then yes i would
-
Of course! people need to stop thinking of animals as being less important than people. Animals have thoghts and feelings just like us.
-
is the rspca all it's cracked up to be?
-
Most definitely---as long as I wouldn't endanger my own life.
-
Whenever possible. I take in strays and have driven an assortment of creatures, including skunks, a pigeon, rabbits, an owl, a squirrel, and a mole to a local wildlife refuge. I always stop if I see an injured animal on the road. I donate what I can to various shelters and advocate for shelter adoptions. I don't say this to to try to come off as some type of wonderful human being (I am far, far from that), but believe animals benefit people in so many ways it is important to come to their aid when given the chance.
-
Would I? yes Will I? Probably not
-
yes do you mean the human animal? But what is a random act of kindness for an animal? Does my neighbor who feeds stray cats that shit and piss all over everyones lawn and scratch their cars performs acts of kindness? Is he a REAL animal lover? I think not
-
Absolutely! (and possibly quicker than for a human) That's just who I am.
-
of course, and i have, many times
-
ABsolutely.
-
Nope... I guess I'm an evil asshole for not helping a mindless animal. xD
-
MOST DEFINATLY!
