  • Breeding any animal calls for a knowledge of blood-lines in the breed and a good basic knowledge of the veterinary issues that could be expected. If you don't have this knowledge you should not breed - you will only be adding to the number of unwanted dogs that already exist. Far too many breeds have been ruined by indiscriminate breeding.
  • There's more profit in studding males than breeding the females. The females and puppies require more time, attention and veterinarian bills.
