Running or walking, break the sweat. Cut the fats from the diet, only keep the good fat. Get out, breath. Take a picnic outside from time to time. Walk in the forest a bit. Go to the zoo. Getting out basically. Find some free time for your-self, cause if not your body will put on more stress, making it harder to lose weight. Try to move when u can basically. Sleep early, more fruits and vegetables. More salad than steak and so on. and you'll lose a lot of weight and stay very healthy.

For us oldsters I say "walk wherever you can and use the stairs whenever you can". It's safe, you can go at whatever pace is comfortable and you don't injure your knees or back or whatever as you would if you were jogging! Happy Thursday! Oh..also, eating healthy food helps a great deal! :)

I have been walking about 2-3 miles per day for years. It's a great way to exercise, get sunshine and fresh air and clear your head at the same time. Of course you should eat healthy too.

Cut back on sugar filled foods like fizzy drinks cakes anything that causes a sweet tooth :) Exercise at least three hours a week :)
