The key to figuring out AV problems is to get one thing working and build on that. For example, take another HDMI and plug it in. Do you get a picture with that? If so, the problem is with your Bluray. No picture with the other HDMI? Try plugging into the composite in and get a picture. And so on. Find one thing that works and then you'll be able to use the process of elimination to find the problem.
