i like to make something called a nyquil sunrise. tequilla, orange juice, and instead of the grenadine i use cherry nyquil. if that doesnt work i watch reruns of "facts of life"

Using the Internet or games until I'm tired, but that will make me sleep two hours later each day. Maybe if I need to be serious on falling asleep, I should read college textbooks; they're the most expensive sleep-aids in town!
