  • What are you doing?have you changed your workout recently?How are you eating?Has that changed recently?Do you get adequete rest between workouts?
  • Maybe youre just fatigued. Did you sleep enough last nighg? If youve been working out alot your body may just need a rest day to recooperate. Low b12 maybe?
  • If you are working out very hard for a sustained amount of time you are probably just fatiguied. I am guessing that you are just starting or restarting a serious workout routine. The feeling of weakness after a workout may go away when you are in better shape but a real hard workout has that effect on me.
