  I am 14. For the past months I've been experiencing an anxiety like feeling. I usually worry about things that shouldn't be worried about it shouldn't be worried about that much. Then everyday it keeps happening I keep thinking and then I over think and it could be positive but if it's negative then it will get me scared or have me keep thinking about it. And everyday I fidget or walk around non stop back and forth and when I do I think. Good or bad. I think. Most of the times I overthink and I don't want that feeling. And I can't sleep well at night and I stay up late. Not like through until the middle of the night but my bed time is usually around 10:30 or suppose to be but I usually fall asleep between 12:30 to about 2 the most. Then when I wake up everyday I feel like I need to sleep in more because I'm tired and sleepy still. That's just one problem with my sleep. The other is that I'm afraid sleeping by myself in the dark. I just think if I try to sleep peacefully then I would hear whispers or I would feel something rub on me and open my eyes someone would be there. I believe in ghost but that experience never happend with me. Meaning I know it won't happen but my anxiety is taking over making me scared and rarely panic sometimes to where I have my mom sleep with me. Or I sleep with the lights on. And next one is my ear. I think I might either have the mineres disease or tinnitus or whatever because for years I've been hearing ringing in my ears or left ear mostly . but I figured it was normal but now since I gotten smarter and mature I decided to look up what it was. But I still hear it til today like this moment. Usually at night it gets loud. But on a daily basis I can hear it but it's no big deal. I just want to get it checked out just to be on the safe side. Rarely it goes to both of my ears or spreads but mainly it's been on my left ear. It might also be on my right ear but not as much but Idk. All I know is that I hear ringing like 24/7 and there has come times where I ignore it and forget it's the

  My name is Fabian. So there is this girl i have a big crush on, (not dating) I'm not ready to ask her out yet. But her name is Alyssa . I met her in middle school and me and her still text ALOT, like everyday. We sometimes hang out and chill. me and her care and love eachother alot, she loves me because i always been there for her, and i always made her feel better, she said she wouldn't know what she do without me. She said i am like one of the realest people out there. she said me and her will rock together forever. but these past 7 days i feel like me and her were getting dry, like if our bond wasn't the same , like if something was wrong with her. I miss texting her more, laughing and having funny and enjoyable convos, where we texted more and she replied faster. I noticed she has been sleeping in all day until 5 or 6pm , and she goes to bed earlier then usual, it made no sense to me. She also hasn't been texting anybody that much and she hasn't been on social media that much, i asked her and she "said You're the first person to actually notice. but idk, I've been sleeping a lot and idk why . Then i asked her what is causing all that and she said " I just got out of a really toxic friendship and it's been taking a huge toll on my emotions lately ". Turns out it was her bestfriend (Jony) they were really close. She really cared and trusted him. I asked what happened and she said "A lot of manipulation and mental abuse". What do you think she meant by that and what do you think might of happened? She said "We still talk a lil bit,, I just needed some space" But to be honest i don't know how to really help her, i need to find the right words to have her move on and whatever they have wasn't real anymore. I don't want her to think i am trying to talk her out her feelings, i also don't want to make her sound guilty or anything like that, i don't want to sound like An Asshole either.   I have a baby painted turtle named Avery, as of now I'm not sure of its gender. I have UVB lighting on her basking rock, and keep the temperature at 80 degrees. It has calcium supplements, and I'm doing the best I can with it, as I've never owned a turtle before. Avery is two weeks old, and its shell is slightly soft. I've checked for rotting and pyramiding, but there are no signs of either. My questions are; 1. Is the soft shell normal? I have its UVB light on all day, although I turn it off at night. 2. What is a proper diet for baby painted turtles, is it the same as adults? 3. Am I missing any of the needs for Avery? 4. Do I need to buy vitamin supplements? 5. I change the tank once every 2-3 days, do I change it sooner? Things that I have for Avery: 60 gallon tank Filter UVB light that also provides heat Water thermometer Basking area where it can completely get out of water Water at 78-80 degrees most of the time (it cools down to 72 during the night but heats back up again during the day) Calcium bone chews (it is using them) I do not have a tank heater, but I am not sure if it's necessary due to the tank staying relatively the same temperature, but I plan to get one once winter hits. If you can help me I will be so relieved, I love this turtle and I'm willing to do anything possible to keep it as healthy as I can!

  I was with my ex for 3 years, she was my first and I was her first. we've lived together for about 2 years and recently broke up in February. She dumped me because she had thought I was cheating on her but when she realized I wasn't wasn't things started slowly coming back together. Couple weeks later we got into a huge argument after our argument she started acting different and coming home late. It was unusual of her to come home late because she's a nurse and her schedule required her to work the 5-7 shift. I would stay up until she got home to talk about her why she's been coming home late, she would she grab whatever she needed and she would leave again and not come back home until about 2 or 3 am. One day she gets texted saying she needed her space and if I could stay at my parents, for the first week I disagreed to it but shortly after I changed my mind thinking it might be a good idea and that I should respect her space. Two days later I had found out she slept with her coworker by logging into her Snapchat. I asked her if she had done anything with anyone she kept telling me she had not done anything with anyone, so I pulled up her snapchat to show her that knew what had happen after I gave her space. We were officially done I grabbed my stuff and had completely moved out, couple weeks later she started texting me about how she had made a mistake so I went back to her. For about 5 months she was going back and forth between me and her coworker. Last week she broke down mentally and was calling and texting me non stop saying she wanted to hurt herself and she felt like a piece of shit for doing this to me, she wanted me to come over to help her out with her breakdown so I told her she needed to text her coworker and have him deal with it because I was really upset about the last few months. She continued to text me saying that he doesn't know how to deal with her when she's like this only I did so I agreed to help her out and comfort her, she asked me to be her boyfriend again but I refused because everyt

  I have a sore throat. It hurts to swallow but when I curl my tongue, it feels like something is poking it. Never had this type of sore throat before. What could it be?

  The guy that I am currently seeing asks questions about my prior relationships. I have been honest with him about who I have been seriously involved with (relationships & sex) not provided him a list of every person I have ever talked to or kissed. I'm almost 30 years old, I don't even know if I could recall it all. He seems to be jealous of the idea of me being with other people in the past, which I cannot help because what's done is done. When I say jealous it's not like he does anything crazy but I can tell it bothers him, and I don't want him to be upset. Well recently, we were talking about a male friend of mine (who I'm not even close to) and he asked me whether or not I would ever date him and I told him no, which is true. I didn't tell him that friend had kinda tried to date me and that we kissed once way before me and him ever got together. Why did I not volunteer this information, because I know it will make him uneasy and there is no reason to. Well eventually he flat out asked if we had ever done anything, and I told him that we kissed, because that's the truth. I knew that it was going to upset him but I didn't want to lie. He asked how many times it happened and told him once, which is the truth, but he asked me that several times and seems to be skeptical of that. He asked several questions about it and it made me uncomfortable but I told him the truth. He then wanted to know if the kiss happened at my house or the friends, I'm not sure why that matters. It actually happened at my house, but I knew that would upset him and I really love him and don't want to upset him, but I also don't know if it's appropriate for him to be asking details of events that occurred before we started dating and then getting upset about it. I told him it happened at the friends house because if I didn't, his next question would have been,

  A few months ago, I created a symbolic link/directory junction between my C drive and D drive in order to move my user profile to give my C drive more space. Today however, I felt that the it has now been causing more issues than benefits, as the windows operating system was still considering the junction as taking up space (around 22 GB) and not just a place holder like I had intended, so I looked up how to delete it the link. What I found told me to just remove it delete it like you would a normal file, so after going into safe mode and using the built in admin account I was able to remove the link. I then tried moving the users profile back onto the C drive, but found that I had no space left on that hard drive. Using WinDirStat I was able to see that there was around 34 GB out of the 109 GB on the hard drive that was unknown to the application. I tried using windows clean up manager to remove system restore points as well any other temporary files, but I still cannot reserve the 22 GB that my junction was using. Before this I tried to delete unused programs as well as moving documents to reserve space, but was not very effective as most of the space contains important documents. Is there any other way to get the space back, should I revert back to using the symbolic link, or am I even using the wrong type of link?

  My car is currently impounded, oh and prob should include the fact that im also out of the state where i actually live or know anyone, i owe more money than i have or had any luck come up with...i also don't have any family or friends who can help either...i don't have alot to work that could be helpful in finding a solution...i have the title and registration to the car though so guess what I'm asking for is ideas on ways to come up with the cash to get my car that in hopes that there is some thing i haven't thought of. 2) Can i get a loan is borrow money some how using my title if its not possible to have the car with me, figure most people will want to visibly see the car before lending me any money, not sure though... Tbh i have literally no experience with dealing with anything or situation like this... PLZ HELP?!!

  So, I don't know if this is for everyone or not. My left shoulder can pop and rotate strangely, and my right can't. My left shoulder is also more flexible. The right side of my jaw can pop and dislodge, but the left can't. Also, the right side of my face when i clinch my jaw pops more muscle out, but the left barely does. And my left foot when i move it pops and stuff a lot, but the right barely at all. Is this normal? And could someone give me an explanation? Thanks
