  • Continued from my question: I too am looking to get my man OUT! Everytime he says he will leave because of a huge fight (typically) the next day he apologizes and says we can work it out. He likes to drink a lot which I don't think is appropriate when you have a toddler to care for and he is incredibly controlling. To the point where I have almost lost contact with all my friends, he question/calls any phone number he does not recognize on my cell phone and throws a fit if I do not anwswer my phone at work when he calls. I have checked with the local police and even though he is not on the lease I would still have to give him 30 days as he is a resident. The only way for an immediate removal of him from the property is if there is physical violence. Here is the kicker as a couple others have also the toddler in the house is ours together. I will admit I have dragged my feet as financially I don't think I can make it without his help. He has said that he will not pay for certain things if he leaves and I may never even see him again. Of course everything is in my name. All the utilities, lease, both vehicles, insurance, you get the picture. Is there any site that would help me find him a new girlfriend? Not that I want to put him on someone else but since our child my life style changed his didn't. He didnt seem so angry all the when we went out together all the time. Sorry, when you have a child things change like it or not. I embraced the change he didn't. I believe if it was his decision to leave on his own that maybe he would be helpful.
