No, because then I'd be arrested for owning a firearm without a permit, discharging a weapon on an unlicensed premises, and animal cruelty. Unless you mean shoot it with a camera. No, I wouldn't take a photo of it either. Not quite a Kodak moment, as it were.

I would NEVER harm a dog.now the neighbor is another story (JK). It is sad how many people would actually punish the pet for something the neighbor or the family did. It's not the pets fault your neighbors a jackarse nor that it's sick.

If my neighbor killed my daughters dog he would be in for a good ole fashion ass kicking and I'd be glad to do the jail time which wouldnt be that much if at all................

I prefer level ground. Attacking a defenseless dog is cowardice of first degree. I would rather hit my neighbour (don't tell people that I can't fight, lest they turn me into their door mat).

Would the dog deserve to be shot for simply getting sick on your lawn? Probably not. However, is you were caught shooting it, you can bet you would wind up either in jail or stuck with a hefty fine. Either way, find a way to get along with your neighbor and go talk to them about keeping their dog off your lawn and on a leash because I am sure that almost all states have a leash law.

Sorry but I would shoot the neighbor before I'd shoot the innocent & sickly dog. Trust me I mean this too. I'm having a feud with one of my neighbors right now but I still give it snacks & would never harm the lil thing however once I get ahold of her owner though thats going to be another story. I like animals more then I do most people.

It would never cross my mind, that is the act of a coward. My stepfather (who lived close by) poisoned my dog and we don't even know how many of my daughter's cats and a 2 month old puppy before we found out it was him. All because he was mad at me for some unknown reason and didn't have the balls to simply confront me about it. He also managed to turn some family members against me for a while. The old bastard is dead now..I watched him die (no..I had nothing to with it) and I felt absolutely NOTHING. That is the worst thing he did to me, I think, causing me to be so cold and unfeeling toward him, so that watching him take his last breath did nothing to me except making me feel relieved that he was finally gone.

You would have to tell there neighbors and if they don't listen to your warning call animal control and then don't worry about, you can't just kill an animal!
