  • 5-9-2017 They apply a current to a diode. They adjust the current and filter the noise to the band they want. That works for anything from audio to UHF. (Not necessarily with the same diode.)
  • It was invented by Mr.White, and don't even try to bootleg his 'intellectual property' or he'll sue you!
  • It's actually a relatively simple electronic circuit with two transistors and a handful of other components. White noise is made of random frequencies which cover a wide range of the audible limits with equal level. So what you want to construct is an unstable oscillator (tone generator).
