I work on other problems or distract myself with other things I have been putting off doing, like cleaning or writing out holiday cards. First and foremost however I work on what those troubles are, if there really isn't anything that I can personally do, then I focus on other things I mentioned earlier.

A good TV show. Or a call from a guy I like.

MUSIC! ...and finding that one great antique book, painting, or item, tucked way in on the back shelf of a thrift store that no one else noticed... and finding it Stupid cheap! That just rocks my socks and improves even the darkest hour almost instantly!

Hugging my hubby or getting busy with something else.

Blunt Force Trauma always works for me, and physical therapy to regain coordination of my left side. I've been told my crooked smile from the paralysis is cute. Joking, I am totally mobile.... and troubled. I sleep and all is gone till I awake, and I'm still here.

1 part Tequila 1 part orange juice 1 green "Otter Pop" splash of lemon juice mix all in mason jar a couple rounds of that, and I don't worry about anything!

Music is my number one getaway.. Then a goood scented massage or a long hot bath!
