It all depends on where you wear it. LOL

Does it cover the forehead?

Depends on where you're wearing it

It's part of what is called a trikini - hat, sunglasses and sandals.

Only to be worn for the most formal occasions I would assume....

Above all things, you can keep your hat on!! Right YC?? or Hat? or whatever we can shorten your name to? LOL!!! ;D Being a member of the AB nudist colony, I'm sure that this would be allowed... and you can carry a towel too!! ;p

Think the question I would want to know are boots considered clothing. I like the skin to skin feel!

Based on what I've seen and read, they're allowed, and in a lot of places you don't even have to be naked if you don't want to (say, first time there and testing the water); the only place where nudity is mandatory is in the pool. edit: though towels are apparently required if you're going to sit down

If you're spending a lot of time in the sun a cap with a peak or hat with a brim is a good idea. Some form of footwear is often advisable. You'll often see naturists in a hat & sandles, maybe a light jacket too if chilly or windy. As Foocubus correctly says you are expected to sit on a towel (usually your own!) whenever you sit on furniture.
