Nov 20 -3 stations across town - 1.53, several others 1.55 1.56. I expect my nearest station will follow by tonight or tomorrow. Nov 22 - same station is now 1.39

The cheapest I've seen it here in Harford county, Maryland is 1.79

BTW for all those who heat their homes with oil, I would highly recommend that you purchase as much as you can afford before the prices go up. Meaning that you purchase for future fill ups in a locked price.
