The United States. Many other countries have significant import duties and other excessive taxation. (Unless you can buy them out the back door of the manufacturer in Communist China).

in the USA..People here are wasteful and need the latest gadgets. A used one may be only 50 dollars. I got my desktop along with extras for free. Because the owner said its too "old'.
