Can a dealership repo my car if I have a clear title in my name. My loan company recalled the loan from the dealer to pay in full. I now owe the loan company nothing.

If you have a clear title...you owe nothing on the car. You can't get a clear title until the car is paid for. The loan company is within its rights in demanding payment in full whenever it chooses to IF it was in the original signed contract that this was a possibility. You then would owe the dealer for the money they paid to the loan company.
