  • This won't tone your muscles I'm afraid. If you want to appear more defined, you have to reduce body, and this can't be done to specific places on the body. Diet and exercise will help you get "toned", but the rubber band is generally used as light resistance for injured/healing muscles or ligaments and tendons. If you need any more help, I'm more than welcome to give you some advice.
  • Some of the exercises for light resistance toning included things you would do with light weights...like triceps and bicep pulls and raises, chest press, calf raises and extensions, even donkey kickbacks. I'll bet there are some places online that have a series of illustrated exercises, or maybe videos.
