It depends on a lot of things, but my 95 f150 will go on a 16 gallon tank, with a load, roughly about 12 mpg on the hwy, without a load around 15. But thats without the front tank being on the truck, and the sparetire and support bracket off of the truck as well.

Which engine? What year? Most fall in the 12-16 MPG range, but a lot of things can change that.
