  • It would help if you were familiar enough with the terms to know what you're saying. Ok "warrants" aren't paid. If someone has a warrant out for them and they are stopped by a police officer, they're going to jail no questions asked. A warrant for someone's arrest means just that, if they are found, they are getting arrested. 3 of them is really bad news, and it would also be contingent on what the warrants were issued for in the first place. Violating probation is another big one, usually resulting in some serious jail time. All in all, a person who had 3 warrants out for their arrest, violated their probation and was caught with possession of a controlled substance is looking at no less than 7 years in a state pen.
