Yes, because I allow it to be. I sit at the computer nearly all day long and my doctor has ordered me to walk more, but I still sit too much.

oh yes, repetative motion, heavy parts. burns. It could be deadly too.

No, but my last job was to an extent. There was tons of dust which could have already damaged my lungs, or at least to some extent. It really made me feel bad when I worked in a loading dock trailer for hours on end, and forklift guys came in with surgical masks. Got me to thinking, "Why don't I have one, and why doesn't someone up top give those out to all of us?"

Yes, long hours being awake, heavy lifting, jumping up and down, a lot of driving in all conditions.

It was, I had a panic attack so bad the ambulance was called to get me from my job...at the time we didn't know they were panic attacks. Eventually the stress got to me and I began having attacks :(

Yes. I sit at a desk all day. If it weren't for the gym I would atrophy.

Only when I push myself. I'm a stay at home mom so I make my own schedule. If I had waited until the hubby got home yesterday instead of moving the china cabinet myself I wouldn't be hurting quite so much right now. XP
