Yep. :)
-
Yeah. If it's made me stop and listen then it deservs a few pounds.
-
Absolutely. What pleasure they bring to we strangers. Hard work...and to do it without 'thanks' would be soul-destroying, I would think!
-
Sometimes I will drop them my pocket full of change. I figure they have to eat.
-
Well, I haven't ever come across one where I live but if that musician played well enough to make me want to stop and listen for a second, sure.
-
If I enjoy their music and I have some on me, sure. I do not, however, usually enjoy their music. The last one I ran across was just kinda strumming chords on a pretty nice guitar with a really strung-out look on his face. It seemed like he was trying to keep some noise going, but putting no effort at all into making it sound even decent, so it was just noisy. Once though, I ran across a harpist scalping in a public park with a hat down. That, I stopped to listen to for a while.

if i have any change in my pocket it do ha!
-
sure, yeah...
-
Yes ... I have even purchased a home made CD.
-
always. ill also usually give them something if i dont like it. its just an appreciative nod from one musician to another.
-
I would if I ever saw one!
-
I have not seen any in years but use to give them money if they were good or bad. I think it takes guts to perform openly like that.
-
even if they're not as good, i usually give them a few coins ;)
-
Yes Ive been doing just that. Some of their music are good and many Ive come across are talented.
-
Definitely. Even if I don't like their music, that doesn't mean it isn't good.
