Internet Explorer 8. I tried "tile windows". I didn't like it and "un-tiled". Now everytime I click on a link it opens a tiny tiled window at a random place. How do I get it to open a new full window or tab again instead of a tiny tile?

Internet Explorer used to ask me if I wanted to automatically save my password on websites as I entered them. I loved this feature. Suddenly it no longer happens,. How do I get that feature working again?

We have IE properties set to keep pages in history for 20 days, however it seems our IE history clears itself completely prior to the 20 day mark. What would make IE history clear itself?
